GoogleのSERPs（検索結果）は毎日変わりますが、今回の変化は大規模な変化のようです。
インデックスのメジャーアップデートらしき中、特に新しいドメインの突然の上位表示が目立つとフォーラムアドミニストレータのtedster氏が分析しています。

I assume that this may be a new version of what I’ve called the “honeymoon period” for new sites.

One area where I see some big changes in the SERPs is trying to accommodate disambiguation right on the first search. This specifically includes major shifts for those searches that often result in a quickly revised query from the end user – often those searches that already generate a set of related suggestions at the bottom of the SERP.

僕自身は、ランキングの変化は確認できましたが、PageRank（グーグルツールバー）の更新は確認できていません。
